Weekly schedule & Modules
Each week includes a course breakdown with a summary of the learning expectations and the content to be completed in each module. The course is divided into ten-week segments. Each week follows a specific theme related to the chakra energy system. There are 3 modules per week - they include video lectures, reading material, homework, individual practice, and quizzes. The following outlines the primary focus of each module.

Vitual study studio
Get ready to dive deep into the world of yoga with our Virtual Study Studio! Once a week you’ll have access to LIVE weekly zoom sessions, which we like to call Virtual Study Studio, where our team of expert yoga teachers will guide you through a broad range of yoga topics to help deepen your knowledge across the industry. We've designed the Virtual Study Studio to give everyone from beginners to experienced yogis access to information that will help them take their practice to the next level.
Can’t make a live session? Not a problem – all of the Virtual Study Studio sessions are recorded and uploaded for on-demand access. You never have to worry about missing a second of it!
Signature foundational yoga class
If you are new to yoga, returning to the mat, or looking to ground your practice, the Signature Foundational Yoga Class will be ideal for you. It is designed for those who want to practice yoga safely, strongly, and effectively. Learn the essential poses and techniques, while balancing your energy with the 7 chakras of yoga.


Posture breakdowns
Our bodies are complicated and unique. We each have individual body shapes, ranges of motion, limits, or other considerations that can affect the execution of different yoga postures. Each of the 37 poses in the Signature Foundational Yoga Class is thoroughly broken down so you have a strong understanding of the correct alignment for each pose, how to properly cue the posture, and when and how to implement modifications.
Become a certified Yoga Teacher, Register as a RYT200
This course follows the core curriculum set by the elevated standards of Yoga Alliance. You will receive an official ISSA 200-Hour Teacher Training Certification after you pass the final exam and have completed all the course material. Additionally, Yoga 200 is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Students who complete our 200-hour yoga teacher training online are welcome to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200.

Signature Foundational Yoga ClassOpen your body and balance your energy with our unique take on incorporating The 7 Chakras of yoga with 37 poses, allowing you to dive deep into the physical and energetic aspects of yoga. This program is designed with an in-depth look at seven peak-pose sequences that each align with a specific chakra, or energy center. The sequences will then be broken down into individual postures for a better understanding of alignment, transitions, and cueing. This practice will ultimately culminate into the Signature Foundational Yoga Class that graduating students will be able to walk away and teach. You’ll tap into neglected areas of your body through powerful breath-work, balances, hip openers, core exercises, and backbends that stretch and strengthen your entire body, from root to crown.
